Brief
Service 1st Federal Credit Union serves members in eastern Pennsylvania. Service 1st's website design did not reflect its brand promise of friendship with their members. It lacked the fresh, warm, casual and friendly look of their brand. It was clear that for the credit union's marketing to be most effective, a redesign of the website was necessary.
Solution
Priority Integrated Marketing devised a custom website design that integrated the website with all other marketing channels, including the print and e-publications, the existing printed collateral and signage at the branch locations. The new design followed brand standards more closely, providing a more consistent brand image that fostered trust and reinforced key messages.
Results
After the redesign, Service 1st's website now integrates closely with other branded marketing materials, which results in a stronger, more cohesive brand for the credit union.
