Brief
Achieva Credit Union was founded in 1937 as Pinellas County Teachers Credit Union. It currently has approximately $600 million in assets and seven branches serving more than 65,000 members. Achieva wanted to update the look and usability of its website as well as upgrade its content management system.
Solution
Achieva was already working with Priority Integrated Marketing to reach its youth market through offline marketing when it chose us as its partner for website development. Before work began on Achieva's custom website, user research was conducted on its site and Priority identified the top 10 activities that users wanted to accomplish on the site. As a result, an “I Want To” design element was added to every page to increase site navigability. Priority also implemented a robust Content Management System (CMS) to give IT and Marketing the control they needed over the site. The CMS includes a custom rates tool that allows Achieva to update all rates from a single location in a matter of seconds.
Results
Shortly after the site launched, traffic increased approximately 10-fold, and visits to the site average 9,000 a day. Achieva's members and staff give the site rave reviews and the marketing department has received accolades. The site recently was awarded a Gold MarCom award.
